Personal Description:
Passionate about languages, I have spent several years living abroad in France and Spain perfecting my languages after finishing my undergraduate in both languages where I achieved a first-class honours. During my time abroad in Spain, I completed a master's in Translation and Interpreting and then went on to pursue a master's in post primary education which I am currently competing
Tutoring Experience:
- 5 + years tutoring students in French & Spanish for Junior and Leaving Cert and University students.
Approach to Grinds:
- Exam focused
- Natural approach to language learning focusin on improving the student's overall ability in the language.
- 90% of the class conducted in the language, using English where appropriate.
- Relaxed and enjoyable approach.
- Aim to build the student's confidence with the language in addition to developing a key awareness of the cultures where these languages are spoken.
- Excellent notes and communication with student outside of classtime.
