Personal Description:
Hi! My name is Sarah and I am a German and ESL teacher. I have an honours degree in Applied Languages from the University of Limerick.I have studied German for 15+ years and have lived and studied in Germany. I have honours TEFL qualifications from University of Limerick. I am passionate about teaching and seeing my students achieve their full potential.
Tutoring Experience:
I have taught leaving certificate and junior cycle German for the past 7 years. I have taught both in class ESL classes as well as one to one tuition to ESL students. I have prepared students for oral, aural and written exams at all levels, as well as providing one to one tuition to students wanting to work on specific subject areas and to maximise their full potential.
Approach to Grinds:
In my tutoring sessions I like to take a practical approach. This involves showing students what they're doing, why they're doing it and how they know it's the correct thing to do. Students will learn all language skills through a variety of interactive learning methods.
