With over 8+ years of experience in teaching and mentoring, I am a passionate tutor dedicated to helping students excel in Maths and Physics. Currently, I work as a Process Engineer at Intel Ireland and previously served as a Researcher (Ph.D.) and Lecturer at Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT).
I believe tutoring is more than just teaching—it’s about acting as a bridge between where a student is now and where they want to be. My approach is result-driven, patient, and empathetic, ensuring students build both knowledge and confidence in their subjects.

Approach to Grinds:
(1) Approach is very simple, First, I analyze what the student knows and what he does not know. Then I start the grind. The motivation is to accelerate student performance through his learning and practice.
(2) Regular homework will be given and will be checked
(3) Monthly tests will be taken to check the concept.
(4) The session will be interactive and the student will be asked to solve questions in the session
(5) Pre-recorded sessions from another student will be also sent to quickly revise any chapter.
I always conduct an initial assessment with the student to identify any areas of weakness. This helps me to plan future lessons to help the student to develop a strong understanding of the subject. I start my grind from the basics so that students understand the subject in a better way. I also give a practical example to the student for their better understanding.

From Gowtham (/5): (Junior Cycle Maths) I was looking for a good tutor since last 2 yrs and have changed 4 tutors and unfortunately nothing worked and at that time we came across Sanjay and Gowtham was very happy with Sanjay. Gowtham is very satisfied and he started liking both maths and physics after having few classes from Sanjay. Since then we have continued with Sanjay till recent Junior cert exams and certainly will continue till leaving cert exams.
I always believe for a student to be succeed, he should get a good tutor who can create intrest in the subject and I have seen that in Sanjay for my son. And also we have noticed that , all the times Sanjay is panctual to the classes and gives more than 100 percent dedicated during the class.
As a whole we are very happy with Sanjay and highly recommend Sanjay .

I have Sanjay booked for university physics classes and I find him to always be prepared for our sessions, accommodating our scheduling, and effective in keeping me engaged with the content.
