Personal Description:

My name is Rebecca and I am a recent graduate of Hibernia College and just finished my Masters in Primary School Education. I previously have a Masters in Theatre and Performance from Trinity College, Dublin. I am a very enthusiastic teacher and love working with children. I was previously an Actor, so have a strong personal interest in the Arts Curriculum especially Drama.
I am very personable and get along well with children.

Tutoring Experience:

I have spend time in Primary schools as much as possible over the last two years, completing a ten week placement most recently teaching Junior and Senior Infants. I previously have experience with fifth class children.
Furthermore, I have taught drama to young children and young adults.

Approach to Grinds:

I believe in the child learning in the style that is most suited to them. I am interested in active learning, therefore I would like to keep the lesson as interactive as possible, using plenty of resources to assist the learning. I enjoy teaching using themes the child is interested in and integrating the lesson through this, so as to engage the child.
