Personal Description:

Hello! My name is Paige and I am an experienced tutor who loves helping students achieve both academic success and meaningful understanding. I hold a BSc in neuroscience and an MSc in immunology from Trinity and have nine years of experience teaching sciences, mathematics, and English. Most importantly, I genuinely enjoy working with students!

Tutoring Experience:

I have nine years of teaching experience at an accredited learning centre. Whilst there I taught students from primary through university levels in subjects including mathematics, chemistry, biology, physics, and English. I have references available and would be happy to share more about my specific experiences!

Approach to Grinds:

My approach to grinds is that they should be interactive and effective (and, dare I say, fun!). I start by explaining the ‘high-level’ conceptual framework, and work down into the details of problem solving and analysis. We take breaks for questions and knowledge checks and I ensure that every student walks away with a positive experience and deeper understanding of the material at hand. We set goals together and work towards becoming better with each session!
