Personal Description:

I am currently a fourth-year student studying Medicine at Trinity College, and I have been tutoring for the past 6 years. I have completed my Leaving Certificate in 2020, and am now looking to tutor others with coursework. I jumped at the opportunity to help others with their school studies, especially as I am aware that studies have been significantly disturbed due to COVID. The subjects I took for leaving cert level include Maths, English, Irish, German, Biology, Chemistry, Business, all at Higher Level. I also took additional subjects; Geography, History, Science at junior cert/cycle level and can help with any of these!

Tutoring Experience:

I have been tutoring students for over 6 years now, and can work with children of all learning styles and adapt to different needs.
I have been teaching Irish for the past 4 years to children in primary school,
English for the past 5 years to a beginner English speaker,
Maths for the past 5 years at both primary school and Junior Cycle Level.
Business for the past 3 years at both junior and leaving cert level
I really enjoy teaching and always help others with their work and studies also.
I also have access to several resources, including studyclix premium, and thus can help out students with really tackling an exam focused approach.

Approach to Grinds:

I have a very fun, vibrant, and dynamic approach to teaching the curriculum. I don't teach the subject, but rather help you understand it. I help memorize words or phrases you might be struggling with, along with helping you to understand exactly why something is the way it is. As a recent graduate from secondary school, I consider myself to be understanding of the struggles you may face and can identify ways to adapt and overcome these, whilst achieving high grades! I also have access to several resources, including studyclix premium, and thus can help out students with really tackling an exam focused approach.
