I'm a Food Technologist by profession, with a Ph.D. in Biosystems and Food Engineering from University College Dublin. I'm a highly motivated and dedicated educator who wants all my students to be successful learners by being flexible to ensure that student's learning styles and abilities are addressed

I'm a self-directed, action-oriented professional with over 6 year's experience in academics and research. I worked as an Assistant Professor in India and possess a diverse experience and strong track record in fostering student-centered curriculum and student creativity. Ever since I started teaching, I have been passionate in my commitment to three things: maximizing individual student performance, inspiring students’ interest in technology and instilling a sense of self-worth in students.
