Personal Description:

I am an experienced teacher who is able to adapt to students of different levels and learning styles. I have been teaching English and History to both Junior and Senior Cycle students for 5 years and I have been giving grinds for over 7 years. I am adaptable and enjoy helping and challenging students academically. I have many additional notes and tips for students to avail of and I always aim to aid students with their studies and provide them with the confidence and help that they need to succeed both in school and in their exams.

Tutoring Experience:

I have taught in Ireland and abroad for the last 5 years. I have taught the new Junior Cycle courses and The Leaving Cert courses in both English and History. My knowledge of corrections and coursework will benefit students grately as I am very experienced and know how to help students to improve both the standard of their work and their grades.

Approach to Grinds:

My approach to grinds is to help, show and advise. I can advise and help students with their homework or classwork but also provide them with additional notes which they can use for future studies. I have many sample essays and notes which students can avail of as a guideline. I always aim to correct a piece of work during a grinds class and to give detailed feedback also.
