Personal Description:
Hi! My name is Louie and I am a second-year student of European Studies, having received 3 H1s in the 2022 Leaving Certificate, including 100% in the History RSR. I attended a grind school for fifth and sixth year and I have a large number of comprehensive notes that I will gladly share. I can do grinds in students homes or online.
Tutoring Experience:
I have taught History, Religion, and French as grinds and I am highly passionate about these subjects.
Approach to Grinds:
During the first grind, I will be able to gauge the student's abilities and make a plan for the subsequent sessions that allows the student to do their best. I usually do one grind a week, but if the student would like to do more, or do extra sessions coming up to exams, that is totally fine. During the grind, we can approach topics of the students choice or mine, making sure to focus on subjects relevant to the course. I aim to make the student feel relaxed and at ease during the grind. If desired, I can prepare specific topics to cover for each week.
