Personal Description:

Experienced teacher of JC and LC English at Higher Level. Extensive knowledge of both courses and will be able to provide accessible notes and sample answers. Proven results. Preferably North Dublin.

Tutoring Experience:

I have a strong awareness of the course content, mark scheme and key skills required to enhance the quality of responses.
We will revise key course content for LC Paper 2 (comparative, single text, poetry) and I provide accessible notes and sample answers.
We will also work on the structure of writing an essay and how to improve the quality of answers under timed conditions.
I will aim to secure your understanding of what is required to achieve better results in English but also to inspire and build confidence in your own ability.
I am also willing to assist with homework tasks and assignments that are due so that progress is achieved on a day to day basis.

Approach to Grinds:

Higher Level English LC and JC only.
Lessons will typically last 1 hour.
Available most evenings from 5-8.
Teacher of English in excellent schools in Dublin for 9+years.
Previously tutored students with proven results.
Notes and revision resources provided.
Willing to work with small groups of 2-3 students at a discounted rate.
