Personal Description:
I have degrees in engineering, maths and a postgraduate diploma in maths. My grandfather was a maths teacher and some of it has rubbed off on my Dad and me. I had a very influential teacher in 6th year. All he asked was that we practiced math 30 minutes a day at home. He would come into class with nothing but a piece of chalk and declare “Questions!?”

Approach to Grinds:
I like to get the student thinking initially by seeing if they can identify what area of math they are struggling with. I like to go through textbook examples and exercises and past papers. Basics are the most important. John
