Personal Description:

Offering grinds in Economics, Accounting and Business to secondary school students of all abilities. I am also available for Accounting/Economic/Business grinds for students to Third level (college) upon a discussion to ensure my subject knowledge is a good fit for your college module. Economic grinds would only be intro micro/macro for Third level.

Graduated with a First Class Honours in BA Business Studies (Commerce) from the University of Limerick (UL), with a major in Economics and Finance.

Currently teaching as a secondary school teacher in Dominican College Muckross Park.

Tutoring Experience:

I have over 5 years prior experience of providing grinds.

I thoroughly enjoy helping students achieve their goals which is reflective of my career path to be a teacher.

I have corrected Leaving Cert Economics in the past. So I am well placed to advise on answer techniques.

Approach to Grinds:

I will tailor my grinds to the needs of the individual students and identify what areas of the curriculum they need help with, while paying particular attention to the exam papers to help students implement smart test habits and encourage more efficient study practices.

My current preference is to tutor via Zoom as I believe it to be equally as effective. I have a touch screen device which makes online engaging and it saves travelling.
