Personal Description:
My name is John. I am a 1st year medical student in NUIG. I achieved H1 grades in Biology (97.75%), Chemistry (95.75%) and German (97%) in the Leaving Cert 2020, sitting all three papers. I have spent 9 months living in Germany and have excellent spoken German.
Tutoring Experience:
I was a tutor in Kolleg St. Blasien for 6 months (January - July 2021) teaching Maths, English and Science to second level students in the school. I also attended school for 3 months in Germany during Transition Year.
Approach to Grinds:
I understand the hard work and attention to detail that Is necessary to achieve the highest grades. I also understand the intense pressure students can feel. My approach is supportive, while encouraging the student to make the maximum effort. My aim is to help each student maximise performance in exams.
