Information About Joanna - Stamullen tutor

Personal Description:

I completed the Leaving Cert last year having attended one of the top secondary schools in the country. As a H1 student, Chemistry and Biology are the subjects I enjoy the most. I have gone on to study at RCSI and through this I have completed further studies of Biology and Chemistry.

I want to help students deepen their understanding of these subjects and improve their grades as a result. I have a nice manner with people, able to communicate in a clear and empathetic manner that can get the point across in a supportive, encouraging way.

Tutoring Experience:

I have often given help to family and friends in both chemistry and biology. I have developed my own effective study notes and sample past exam papers.

Approach to Grinds:

I would allow the student a choice of which topic to cover in order to improve any perceived weak areas.
I would also provide comprehensive notes with a focus on exam questions along with exam strategy and timing techniques.
I would also be available to correct past leaving cert and mock exam papers.
