Information About Jake - Cork tutor

Personal Description:

I am a 19 year old student currently studying geography in UCC. I intend to become a geography teacher in the future as I have a genuine passion and in-depth knowledge of the subject. I exceled in geography throughout secondary school and have gathered many useful study tips I would like to teach. As a recently graduated student, I can offer relevant and up-to-date lessons to you.

Tutoring Experience:

I have no previous paid teaching experience but have helped friends and family through Leaving Cert geography.

Approach to Grinds:

I believe it is important for a tutor to understand the student's perspective in order for a student to be fully engaged with the lesson. I want to share both my passion and knowledge of geography with the student in order for them to feel confident with the content of the course. Furthermore, I will offer tips on time and exam stress management by enhancing note taking, decision making and exam preparation.
