Director of Datascience in a US based tech firm with 15+ years building and managing high performing analytics and data science projects. Experienced individual contributor and lead across the open source data science value stack including predictive modeling, end-to-end machine learning, data engineering, business intelligence/reporting & A/B Testing.
Tutoring Experience:
I've taught and mentored over 50 people throughout my career. I worked as part-time tutor when I was in India. I always mentor my colleagues during my work.
Approach to Grinds:
I teach fundamentals & give them ample exercises to make them familiar with all the concepts. I will be interested in knowing what the student wants to learn instead of teaching them stuff which they won't be using in real life.
