Approach to Grinds:
At the beginning of the grinds session I will work and discuss with the student the goals in which they hope to achieve from our grinds and create a plan to put these goals into action. I aim to tailor the grinds to each individual by focusing on what they feel their problem areas are and as the grinds progress what various problems arise. Notes will be given in each session that will help them with their difficulties. I am patient and flexible in regards to my lessons, and I will work and decide with the student what we will work on, on a week to week basis.
