Personal Description:

Bonjour ! My name is Fanny from France ! Living in Ireland since 2005, I have been doing French grinds since 2012. I enjoy helping pupils to speak and to understand better French with lessons and games (crosswords, bingos… ) as I think your learn better when you 're having a good time. I have always had good returns as their exams results or the way they felt about the grinds. My best review ever: "Thank you ! I've never thought I'll be enjoying French one day" !

Tutoring Experience:

I pass FETAC Level 6 "Train the Trainee" for the structure of my lessons. I have been teaching since 2012 and always go through the curriculum each year to make sure I'm up-to-date.

Approach to Grinds:

I always send a pre-questionnaire to my pupils to check their level and see with them where they have issue or where they want to get help. All my lessons are tailored for each pupils. French is an important language but we can feel shy about it so I like to relax my pupils, help them with pronunciation, make them feel at ease with ice-breakers game. I like to give them exercises that we do together to make sure what we've gone through is understood. My grinds are 55 min to 1h long (face-to-face or online), but I am available via WhatsApp messages if the pupils wants to contact me for a question regarding their French school homework if they need or can't wait for the next session.
