Personal Description:
I am a French native translator living in Ireland for nearly twenty years. I have been working as a translator for 30 years and giving grinds during that period.
Tutoring Experience:
I have been teaching in various institutes including the Alliance Française in Dublin and Hong Kong.
Approach to Grinds:
I believe in practice. Depending on the needs of the students/adults, I would start by encouraging them to express themselves in a written text or orally. I would then take the opportunity to clarify some grammar points, broaden the vocabulary and would keep notes of the grammar/vocabulary studied to ensure later that those points are understood. This way, progressively, general knowledge can be broadened and reinforced.
I can also follow a more specific program if requested by students.
I am also available for conversation only grinds if students wish to refresh, practice or improve their French.
