Personal Description:

French native living permanently in Ireland, experienced teaching French through English, and homework tutoring all levels. A french speaker is absolutely crucial to help the student practice a perfect pronunciation. Extremely kind and patient, but high level of commitment. I explain french through "logic" and memory tips. Once a student understands the root and rules of languages, they can guess the meaning or sound or a word they've never seen before.
Bachelor degree in Visual Arts and Design, specialized in fashion and graphics. I'm up to date with computer assisted design if student likes it, and I'm eager to communicate my passion for color, sketching, painting, etc… To sum me up : I'm a well educated artist :)

Tutoring Experience:

2 years of french tutoring Senior Cert level students
7 years of french teaching for Adult learners with emphasis on cultural studies

Approach to Grinds:

As said before, I'm extremely soft spoken, kind and patient. However I'm attentive to details especially in pronunciation and grammar. I will give tips to understand the language better and create a "clicking" experience in the student's mind. They should develop a yearning to communicate more in this language as soon as they grasp the basics and feel confident they can express themselves.
Same for Art, i teach through basics with a strong emphasis on "eye" education. Once the student is confident in its foundation, he/she can continue building up and shine through creativity and a personal hand

She explains things so clearly and puts me at ease always. By my second lesson I found that I could follow her spoken French a little which I was so delighted with. We thought that the lessons might not work so well online but there is absolutely no problems, it is like as if Emeline is sitting at the table with my daughter. Emeline explains everything very clearly and always with a smile. My daughter couldn't be happier, she loves her weekly art lessons and looks forward to learning more with Emeline.
