Information About Dj - Dublin tutor

Personal Description:

I am a qualified Mathematics teacher out of UCC where I studied Physical Education and Mathematical Studies as my undergraduate degree. I am originally from Limerick and I have just moved to Dublin. I have always had a passion for mathematics and I have developed excellent communication and interpersonal skills from my previous teaching experience and my participation in a multitude of sports.

Tutoring Experience:

Three years teaching experience teaching all years and levels of mathematics (1st Yr - 6th Yr, HL-OL). I have taught two leaving certificate maths groups along where I have increased grades, enjoyment levels and engagement with the mathematics curriculum. I have also offered private tuition for the last five years and on average carry between 10-15 students with me each year. These students range from 4th class in primary school all the way up to 6th year in secondary school.

Approach to Grinds:

I aim to create a multi-sensory learning environment where I use a range of concrete, semi-concrete and textual resources to engage the learner. I am to develop the student through critical thinking exercises grounded in a practical application
