Personal Description:

I am a Resource Manager by profession and graduated MBA in HR and Marketing. I am passionate about educating people for all the subjects I can. I was always an academically strong student, therefore understand the importance to keep up the good grades and challenges that come across the students. I hold the ability to connect with the students at a level where they can get comfortable with me to share their strengths and fears to that we could work on them. Ability to understand problems of students and planning lessons accordingly.

Tutoring Experience:

I have been teaching students from Primary school to High school since 2009. I have educated more than 100 people so far. I advocate the use of technology so that the student can get better understanding of the concepts. Hence, I sometimes rely on videos and articles from different times for visual understanding and better retention of the topic at hand. Most importantly having handled a team myself at work ,I understand that not everyone works at the same pace and the same approach does not work with everyone. I am expert in adapting to any style that can help students learn and enhance their problem solving skills with great ease.

Approach to Grinds:

I know how to teach and how to explain concept according to the understanding level of my student. Everyone does not understand at same pace and level, its my job to bridge that gap.
