Personal Description:

Hello my name is Darren . I am 36 years old and have been a qualified Mathematics and Physical Education teacher since 2009.I am registered with the teaching council of Ireland (No. 164822). Available for online maths lessons 1-1 and group lessons. Flexible to cater to the individual

Tutoring Experience:

I have taught in a number of secondary schools and third level colleges including Griffith College , St Marys College Rathmines , Catholic University School and Sandford Park all in the Dublin area. In 2018 i returned home to Limerick and took up a permanent position at St Marys Newport Co Tipperary. I have also experience of teaching in London and Abu Dhabi. I have experience of teaching Math at all levels from Leaving Cert Higher Level to A level to GCSE

Approach to Grinds:

I am a strong believer in getting my students to understanding questions rather than memorizing solutions. A lot of students I encounter suffer from a lack of confidence when it comes to maths and I believe its a tutor job to restore their confidence in the subject with plenty of encouragement and easy to understand examples
