Information About Daniela - Dublin tutor

Personal Description:

Hello, my name is Daniela. I'm twenty years old, and I'm from Italy. I moved to Dublin a year and a half ago to study at UCD. I know the language very well obviously from speaking it since I was born, but also I managed to master the grammar thanks to the very good high school I attended, which focused on literary studies: Italian, Greek, Latin and English.

Tutoring Experience:

I tutored kids from primary school during my high school years but it was always for volunteering, I would help them with the homework, for any subject they needed. During the summer I worked as an assistant at a summer camp in Italy where tutors teach English to Italian kids, from primary and middle school; the tutors didn't speak Italian so I was a medium between them and the kids. I really enjoyed these opportunities I had and I would like to do it again here in Ireland and maybe expand the field to older students.

Approach to Grinds:

I will be available for any help the student might need with school work. Depending on the age of the student and his/her level of the language I will focus on different materials during the lesson (i.e. songs and books). Conversation and writing are both very important so I will try to balance out the work between these two.
