Information About Conal - Galway tutor

Personal Description:

I am a final year law and business student currently on track to achieve a 1:1 in my degree, and sitting in 5th place off my overall course, and will be beginning a job as a trainee solicitor from next august. I have also completed one of my FE1s already and will be completing another one this coming spring. My chosen A-levels included English and Maths, to which I achieved an A in both subjects after previously attaining an A* in both subjects at GCSE level and due to my background in both law and business I have a keen interest in both essay based subjects, and maths and accounting.

Tutoring Experience:

I have previously taken on tutoring roles in Belfast, where I tutored students taking their GCSEs, and I have also had experience teaching English to students in Spain.

Approach to Grinds:

Each class that I will take will be tailored to the specific students, with the aim of improving their weaknesses, whilst allowing them to excel at their strengths. Furthermore, these classes will be interactive, filled with practical examples, where the student and I can bounce ideas off of each other in order to fully immerse the student in the learning experience, as this in my opinion, is a much more effective way to learn than by simply being taught theory, and it prepares students for what to expect in exams. Furthermore, I will hope to provide students with key exam techniques and pointers.
