Information About Charlotte - Bray tutor

Personal Description:

I am a recent graduate of Botany in TCD, and currently a PhD candidate in plant biology in Teagasc. My specialities focus on plants, the environment and genetics, with having achieved a high H1 in Leaving Cert biology in 2017, and 601 points in total.

Tutoring Experience:

I have previously acted as a tutor for all subjects at Junior Cert level, and have given biology (H), maths (H) and chemistry (H) grinds to Leaving cert students, however with my current studies being in biology, I have chosen to focus on this topic to teach others.

Approach to Grinds:

I prefer to chat with students about their strengths and weaknesses in the subject, provide comprehensive notes, and extra work when it is necessary. I try to break down each topic so that the student gets a basic understanding of areas to start with, and then we build upon this. I understand the stress that students can experience, and I am always looking to help in anyway that I can so I make sure that students are aware that even outside of sessions, I am there to answer questions and help!
