Personal Description:

I am a Dublin native with a Professional Masters of Education from Trinity College, a BA in English and Film Studies from UCD, an MA in Film Studies from DCU, and a TEFL qualification.

Tutoring Experience:

I am currently working as an English teacher in a private grinds school to multiple 3rd, 5th and 6th Year classes and I teach English in a South Dublin secondary school.
My previous experience includes English teaching at various secondary schools in Dublin, online ESL teaching, and working in a literacy and phonics school in Singapore.

Approach to Grinds:

I always felt grinds were an incredible asset to me as a student and they really bolstered my grades in subjects that I found more difficult (or didn't like to study!) I am extremely passionate about English - with a particular focus on exam papers, creative writing, essay structuring, and critical thinking. I adore English literature and I feel my natural ability to teach and support students will aid them in their academic endeavours. I have worked in New York, London, and Singapore, and such experiences strengthened my writing and teaching abilities, which I am confident can benefit your progress as a student!
