Information About Cathal - Crosshaven tutor

Personal Description:

Hello there! My name is Cathal and I am currently an English language teacher who graduated with a First Class honours degree in French and Italian and speak both languages at a C1-C2 level. I am currently teaching English as a second language and have experience in both public and private English education. I have a passion for languages and have experience in living in both France and Italy (Paris and Naples) and use both languages in both my personal and professional life! I hope to share my love for language learning with my students and to help them reach their goals!

I spent a year in both France and Italy using both French and Italian in both my personal and professional life everyday, especially in Naples where I used all three!

Tutoring Experience:

I have been teaching English now for close to a year in both private and public school systems and have taught a range of ages from as young as 8 to as old as 82! My experience encompasses a range of levels as well from complete and utter beginners to quasi native speakers, as well as everything in between!

Approach to Grinds:

I approach my lessons with a want to help my student reach their specific goals, be it helping them with just using a few phrases or acing an exam. I like to focus on the oral part of language learning as I think it is the most important part of learning a language!
