Information About Audrey - Ballina tutor

Personal Description:

I am currently completing a BA in Literature and Creative Writing. I have worked as a Journalist and in Public Relations. I have a passion for English Literature, poetry and drama and am an enthusiastic teacher who aims to make the syllabus as accessible as possible for students, while preparing them for exam success.

Tutoring Experience:

I am a qualified TEFL tutor and hold a level 6 qualification in Train the Trainer.

Approach to Grinds:

I use video, film and discussion to help students become familiar with prescribed texts and to help them understand the cultural background to them. We explore together, key plot points, structure and style and focus comparative analysis. I work with past exam quastions to help students practice formulating and communicating their ideas.
