Information About Amy - Ballybunion tutor

Personal Description:

My name is Amy and I am a fully qualified primary teacher. I am a fluent Irish speaker and offer Irish grinds/oral prep from primary school level all the way to University level.

I also offer tuition and homework help for all subject areas at primary level.

Please contact me for further information on any of the subject areas. Small groups or one on one sessions are catered to. I am also happy to provide classes either in person or on zoom etc.

I am Garda vetted and registered on the Teaching Council.

Tutoring Experience:

Experienced at providing homework help and extra tuition in maths and English to primary school students.
Successfully prepared students for TEG exam and PME/Hibernia Irish interviews.
Experienced at giving grinds to Junior and Leaving Cert students.

Approach to Grinds:

Grinds will be student driven and will meet their needs entirely.

A huge focus will be placed on speaking the language as much as possible during the grinds, so the learner can become confident in their ability to speak Irish. The fundamentals of the language (structure, grammar, etc) will also be covered at a level that is suited to the learner. Where applicable, in depth exam preparation and Irish oral preparation will be covered.
