Information About Adam - Bray tutor

Personal Description:

I am a final year student in UCD undertaking a BSC degree in Health and Performance Science. My degree focuses on the area of Sport Science so I have an in depth knowledge of Biology, Anatomy, Physiology and Strength and Conditioning.

Tutoring Experience:

I have given grinds to People of varying levels of education from Primary School to Secondary School and Elderly adults.

Approach to Grinds:

I find that good communication and motivation are important attributes. I also believe that constantly providing feedback and encouragement are the strongest ways of success and developing an understanding of the subject matter.
