I am a scientist educated to masters level, I currently work as a performance nutritionist, where I implement my scientific knowledge into everyday practice.

I have 3 years experience of giving grinds to both secondary school students and university students.
Approach to Grinds:
My teaching approach is practically orientation, I use real world examples to make it easy for the student to relate to the content at hand. I try to make the learning experience as enjoyable as possible.
