I have loved science ever since I was at school. My own teacher fostered a love of science in me from a young age and that is something I aim to pass on to all my students. After completing my degree in Environmental Geoscience, I had a brief stint working in the City before realising that my passion lies in teaching and training as a teacher. I have not looked back since.
I have been a secondary science teacher since 2020. I taught at a school in London (Years 7 to 12) from 2020 to 2022 before moving to a school in Winchester where I teach science (chemistry, biology and physics) to Years 7 to 11 (up to and including GCSE level).
I am also an experienced tutor, having tutored pupils in the run up to their GCSE and A-level exams, as well as for common entrance examinations.
I am an enthusiastic, supportive and engaging tutor who believes that with the right support, anyone can succeed.
I tailor my lessons to meet individual needs, offering a personalised, engaging approach.
I have received positive feedback and great results, and it is my greatest joy to see my tutees and students excelling.
