** Doctor from University of London with Distinction (in top decile), with a First Class Honours in Anatomy, Developmental and Human Biology iBSc **

I am a professional, motivated and dedicated person who comes from an academic background of sciences. Along with my sheer passion to teach, I feel extremely comfortable in teaching the subjects outlined. My good communication skills and punctuality allow me to operate as a tutor very well. I have already taught all these subjects to my previous students and have done so with ease whilst enabling my student to succeed and achieve their aim. Along with my BSc in Anatomy and Human Biology, my current degree of Medicine, where the sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Maths) are used to a great deal, allows me to keep my mind refreshed of all the knowledge as well. Furthermore, as I was in the student's place not long ago, I understand the difficulties they can be facing and am able to cater to them effectively.

I am currently a doctor working in Manchester and London having graduated from University of London with multiple Distinctions and other awards.

I completed my intercalated BSc in Anatomy, Developmental and Human Biology at King's College London in 2016 and was awarded with a First Class Honours, including a prize award from the Society of Endocrinology.

I am passionate about sports and am a massive fan of football and F1. I played for my school football and cricket teams, and enjoy playing these sports, along with squash, on a regular basis. I also go to the gym frequently as these activities allow me to keep my mind focused. I am an avid reader, and use books as a form of stress relief.

Tutoring Experience

I have over 10 years of experience as a private tutor with a multitude of students from various academic backgrounds. I have taught a range of subjects at different levels including Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Maths at GCSE and A levels

Every single one of my students has had a noticeable improvement in their grades

I have successfully assisted two students of mine to improve from a grade D to A in A levels, with one of them getting into Dentistry and the other into Medicine

I effectively helped one of my students overcome exam fright and have successfully motivated students who had lost interest and were not performing as well as they wanted to.

Tutoring Approach

My style and approach to tutoring is tailored to the individual's needs. I quickly understand the student's ability, learning style and ability to learn new things, and use that while teaching them.

I encourage students to think logically and ask questions wherever needed to clarify. I prepare weekly plans for my students to assist their learning and also motivate them to complete their work through effective encouragement and reinforcement.

I believe that students learn better when they aren't spoon-fed rather, are pushed to think for themselves logically in an attempt to formulate an answer. I have found that if the student is able to do this, they are more well-equipped to answer unusual questions that may come up in the exam.

I assist students in areas they find weak whilst also training them how to answer questions in an exam effectively. I go over past papers and research Examiners' Reports and Mark Schemes teaching students how to write an answer the way the examiner wants to see it. Exam technique is key.
