Information About Victoria - Oxford tutor
This is how 2 referees rated Victoria:
I recently graduated with a 1st Class degree in Law with German Law from Pembroke College, Oxford University. As part of my degree I completed a year abroad at the University of Konstanz in Germany. I am currently completing a Masters in Law (BCL) at Oxford.
I taught English to French and German students through a tandem language programme during my year abroad in Konstanz. Studying languages in a range of environments has enabled me to experience various teaching methods and means I can better tailor my teaching method to suit a particular student.
I am capable of teaching all courses required for qualifying Law degree or GDL. In addition, I can teach Roman Law, Jurisprudence, Medical Law and Ethics and Comparative Private Law. My degree assessment included sitting exams and submitting longer assessed written pieces, both in English and in German, meaning I am well suited to help students to prepare for a range of assessment methods.
I have experience of tutoring students in a range of Law subjects, including Tort, Contract, Equity and Trusts, Administrative Law and EU Law. I have also helped prepare students for different assessments, including written assessments, spoken assessments and moots.
