I am a highly experienced tutor who has amassed over a thousands of hours of tutoring over the past 6 years. I am also apart of the prestigious Bonas Macfarlane tutoring based in Chelsea, London, known for its consistently high academic performance and small pool of high level tutors.
My tutoring philosophy is to explore what way is best for my students to learn in order for them to fully engage in the work they are doing by using a variety of creative approaches, as from experience this produces the best results and leaves the student far more satisfied.
I am also an Imperial college Medic who has sat on their medical school interview board.

I currently live in the Paddington London area.

Tutoring Experience

I have thousands of hours of experience tutoring A level and GCSE to students of different abilities, as well as teaching small groups of students over the past 6 years. I have worked for Bonas Macfarlane tutoring based in Chelsea, London for the past few years, where I have consistantly worked at a high academic standard. I have extensive knowledge in the following subjects: Biology, Chemistry and Maths all the way up to an A level standard. I also provide medical school application help, UKCAT and BMAT tutoring and medical school interview preparation, with a lot of success in coaching students to successful applications. My unique experience of sitting on Imperial's interview panel make me high proficient in interview coaching as well. I pride myself in not only achieving high academic results with my students but achieving a high tutee satisfaction rate too which many tutors struggle to achieve.

Tutoring Approach

I believe I can adapt my tutoring style according to how best the student learns and their needs. I generally have a stress free environment when tutoring, and my main philosophy is that practice makes perfect. I believe I can offer various techniques and advice in approach to learning and I always try my best to encourage students to understand what they are learning instead of being "spoon fed" facts. I believe this is much more effective way of obtaining learnt knowledge and allows a student to build on this knowledge so the student can understand future topics with more ease. I use a variety of creative approaches in order to keep each session stimulating and enjoyable, making it easier for my tutees to motivate themselves to put in the work.
