MEDICAL STUDENT OFFERING TUTORING ON MEDICAL SCHOOL APPLICATIONS
FREE INTRODUCTORY LESSON
Second year medical student at the University of Edinburgh.
Extensive knowledge of the application process and the English education system.
I successfully applied to study at Edinburgh Medical School in 2020 straight after completing my A Levels, which has allowed me to build a strong base of knowledge on the application process.
I have prior experience in advising A Level students through the student-led medical society at Durham Johnston Sixth Form, which taught me how to engage students effectively.
Therefore, I am able to comprehensively advise students on each aspect of their application.
This includes:
- Which universities to apply to
- Personal statements
- Entrance exams - UCAT (UKCAT)
- MMIs (interviews)
- Study tips for A Levels
- Finding work experience
I will be offering one- to-one tutoring with students online - parents are welcome too!
During the introductory lesson, I will aim to address the student's concerns by creating a flexible personalised curriculum.
I will endure to make each session enjoyable as well as useful by using a variety of teaching methods.
