I am a medical student studying at Imperial College London looking to tutor Primary, Secondary and GCSE students, to help them reach their potential as academics.
As a senior medical student I have provided teaching to younger years for both written and practical medical examinations.
I have successfully tutored students in the past through A-Level and Medical School entrance examinations, and would like to transition to younger students to aid them in their Primary, Secondary and GCSE education.
My approach to tutoring is very methodical and logical. As a student I always found it easiest to break down a concept into its component parts to gain a stronger understanding. As a tutor I like to take the same approach and break down a question into multiple parts to help students understand how they should work through an exam question.
I prefer to start off every lesson with an assessment of a student’s strengths and weaknesses, which can be worked on via guided past paper exercises and my own generated questions to address the topic.
