Hi! I am a scholar at Trinity Hall, University of Cambridge, reading Modern and Medieval Languages (French, Spanish and Modern Greek). I have achieved a 100% First Class and A* grade record with an average at A Level of over 99%. I speak English, French and Spanish fluently but can also teach Latin and am keen to share my enthusiasm for languages with others. My degree course is exceptionally broad, enabling me to teach on a wide variety of topics: it involves the study of literature, history, politics, art, film, philosophy, linguistics and culture.
Having passed the gruelling Oxbridge selection process I also have extensive insight and advice to share with students in their applications to the universities of their aspirations.
Aside from academia, I love sport, dance, travel and music!
I have taught students from a range of ages and countries with great success, from primary school children through to adults. All those I have tutored through the UK university applications process, including Oxbridge, have been awarded a place at their first choice.
I have experience in teaching all four disciplines: speaking, writing, reading and listening.
I adapt content and style of teaching to the interests and personal needs of my students for applying their language(s) of choice. I believe that this maximises a student's progress, combining enjoyment with practical reward.
Your goals are my goals and, as a student at Cambridge, I have access to a wealth of resources that I am able to offer and employ in order to help you achieve your objectives.
Availability is very flexible and I am able to conduct lessons via Skype/FaceTime.
