The student new in programming, I start teaching them by writing simple programs / logical steps in normal English. Further my approach also involved teaching using diagram such as Flow Chart Diagrams and pseudo code. I also give students a homework / show them practical examples to give the understanding to student and to understand / assessed the area students are struggling.
