Information About Sarah - Whitley Bay tutor - (9 reviews)
This is how 2 referees rated Sarah:
I am enthusiastic about Maths and believe tasks should be fun and engaging so that students are able to remember the methods taught. I can tailor tutoring to suit any personal aims or goals and encourage all students to try their best whatever their ability.
I am currently only availabile on Sundays for temporary GCSE Maths tuition until the 2018 exams.
I am a qualified teacher with 7 years experience tutoring Maths. I have previously taught Art, Citizenship and Maths at local Secondary Schools. I also spent 2 years working with SEN students in small groups and one-to-one at a school in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. For further information please contact me.
I can break down any topic into steps to assist a students understanding. My past students have achieved above and beyond school targeted grades.
I am very flexible and will teach any focus topics. I am happy to teach general mathematics over a period of time or to tutor focused sessions to target areas of weakness. Students may work through their own materials or worksheets can be provided.

What a shame Olivia didn't get the grade she wanted after all the work she had put in. It's been a tough year for all GCSE students so I hope she isn't too herself. I'm glad Olivia has felt more confident. She is a very able and bright student. Best of luck to her with her future plans.
Thank you Sarah
Thanks for your lovely feedback.
See you both next week.
