Tutoring Approach

For GCSE and A level - tailored to help students with the topics/areas they are struggling with. Can work alongside a school's Scheme of Work to boost understanding of a topic a student struggled with in lessons. Lots of practise of exam questions! Also coaching on exam technique, revision methods, study skills and stress-management for examinations.
Students come to me so they can work in a quiet, studious environment in my house. Also offer Skype/other web-based lessons for students who do not live in SW London. Also much experience of teaching home-schooled students.
For younger students fun sessions to help them gain confidence in Maths and English. I also have experience of tutoring academically bright students who have a tutor so that they can stretch themselves and be challenged, or who are preparing for CE/other admissions examinations.
