This is how 2 referees rated Sandra:
** SORRY I HAVE NO PLACES AVAILABLE AT THE PRESENT TIME **
I retired June 2016 after teaching primary aged children for 32 years. I am conscientious, organised and extremely hard working. I am reliable and will dedicate myself to helping your children to realise their full potential.
I also have experience as a parent, encouraging and motivating my own son through his school career and onto university.
I offer tutoring in Torrance, Kirkintilloch, Bishopbriggs, Stepps, Lenzie, Bearsden and Milngavie areas.
I have taught in a variety of schools in both country and city environments. I have taught all stages from Primary 1-7. I have been depute head teacher with responsibility for Primary 4-7 for 17 years.
I can provide, during first initial meeting, references from the head teacher and depute head teacher I have worked with for the past 17 years.
I meet with parents first to build up an understanding of all relevant information. I then meet with the children to allow a rapport to develop and help the children feel relaxed. I am particularly skilled in building confidence and a strong feeling of self worth in the children I have worked with.
I work with the children in a structured way to build up knowledge and understanding. I use praise through stickers and awards, motivating the children to realise their full potential.
First initial meeting with parents is free.
Tutoring would take place in the comfort of your own home.
I look forward to working with your child.
