An experienced Year 6 Sats intervention teacher who likes to interact and being around children can play a positive
contribution to your child's learning.I have got an experience of working as an intervention Teacher at Sileby Redland Community School where I have been providing support to Year 6 Students with Maths,English Reading,Grammar and Spellings (preparing for their Sats).Helping students to work on their weak areas by using different strategies and activities to make their task more simpler and easier so that they achieve their set targets.
Apart from this experience,I have also got Experience of Working with SEN at Ash Field Academy where I have been giving 1:1 and group support.
Also,I worked in a secondary school for more than a year teaching Maths to Year 7 and 8 where I used to plan activities according to the child's learning level,often used to give 1:1 support in order to reach their set targets.
Currently,I'm working with Sensory,Autistic,Hearing Impairment and profound learning needs children.
I have got more than a year of experience working with SEN.I have been working with Special Education Needs(both primary and secondary) at ASH FIELD ACADEMY where I worked with profound need one's supporting them on 1:1 and in the group with Speech and communication ,Literacy ,Maths, and ICT .Working with SEN children develops an understanding of how to understand the needs of a child which is paramount in learning.
I have got more than 6 months of experience of working in mainstream(Key Stage 1).I have been working at Coleman Primary School where I was supporting Year 1 students with Literacy and Maths.
Also,I supported EAL(English as an additional language) students at Coleman Primary School with English and Maths.

*Make sure to highlight and appreciate the child's single effort as it helps in boosting self confidence and self-esteem.
