Personal Description:

Please note I have extremely limited availability.
I am a fourth year student studying medicine at the University of Nottingham. I studied Maths, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Critical Thinking and General Studies to A level. I also studied Further Maths to AS level and an additional Extended Project Qualification. I have recently been awarded a BMedSci Qualification 2.1 classification from the University of Nottingham as part of my medicine degree.

I love Science and Maths and I find it very rewarding passing on my knowledge to peers and younger students. I have been tutoring for 5 years now and I enjoy helping my students through their studies and seeing the positive results that follow. I also have been helping students through the medicine application process with great success.

In the recent summer results every single one of my students achieved an A or A* in maths or science at GCSE and A-Level. Every student I was tutoring into medicine also got in to their first choice.

Tutoring Experience:

I have had experience teaching students from year 3 to year 13 in both Maths and Science. This is both at higher and foundation level. I find it easy to get on with young people and explain complex concepts in a way that is more straightforward understand. I have also been tutoring students through the medicine application process and have very good success with this.

I have also been teaching guitar for 5 years.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe students should not only achieve target grades and above in their subjects, but enjoy them too. For this reason, my lessons are structured around the individual to try and help them progress and aim to be enjoyable too.

I have had great success with all of my students and I believe if someone is willing to learn and work hard then they can achieve well.
