Information About Sam-Henry - Cambridge tutor - (1 review)
This is how 2 referees rated Sam-Henry:
University of Cambridge Medical student (Year 5)
BA (hons) first class degree and received the highest mark in the year
4 A*s at A-level in Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Maths
I have tutored Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Maths to GCSE and A-level students for the past 4 years.
As Head of School in secondary school I ran group supervisions on difficult topics in these subjects. I have also taught abroad in China and I feel confident in teaching students whose first language is not English.
I am happy to cater the tutoring around the students' objectives. My standard approach to tutoring is to work on topics that the student finds particularly challenging by teaching the content (from scratch if need be), with the aim of eventually working on some exam-style questions together.
My tutoring style can be adapted upon request however normally I aim to create an informal interactive session where the student can feel comfortable asking questions about things they don't understand.
