This is how 2 referees rated Saad:
I am a second year university student at King's College London, studying a degree in Mathematics. Solving problems is something I have always enjoyed from a young age. The satisfaction of finding answers to daunting questions makes learning maths worthwhile and I would like my students to feel this way when learning too.
I am a reliable, patient and enthusiastic person who is keen to help others progress in this challenging subject. I am willing to help students who are struggling to reach their full potential or who want to excel even further ahead of their class pace.
I achieved the following at Upton Court Grammar School before coming to King's College London.
A Level: Mathematics (A*) Further Mathematics (A) Economics (A)
AS Level: Biology (A) Chemistry (B)
GCSE: 11 A*-C (consisting of 9A*-A)
I am able to teach maths at all level: Primary, Secondary, GCSE, A-levels
The modules I am able to teach confidently at A level are: C1, C2, C3, C4, S1, S2, S3, D1, D2, FP1, FP2, M1
Math Revision Courses
I will be running revision crash courses for all maths modules listed below in A-level, where each course would last 6 hours with breaks at regular intervals.
A one day course would cover an entire module of the student’s choice.
Students would be able to bring any questions they may have difficulty on within the chosen module and past papers will also be completed as part of the course.
Students can book a crash course on any day they prefer from 3rd June 2016 onwards in preparation for their examinations.
I have great experience tutoring maths and good understanding of the style of the papers and structure of the exam boards.
The prices vary depending on the size of the group booking a course. As a result, bring as many friends with you as you want.
1-2 student: £15.00 per hour per student
3-4 students: £10.00 per hour per student
5 or more students: £7.50 per hour per student
Key Dates of A-level examinations after 3rd June 2016:
8th June: M1
8th June: FP2
15th June: S1
17th June: D1
21st June: C3
24th June: C4
27th June: S2
27th June: FP3
29th June: D2
I have previously worked at three tuition centres over the past few years and have taught a variety of age groups ranging from children studying for their 11+ exams up to A-level students. I have also taught A-level students privately and held revision sessions at school near exam season for younger students.
I believe every person has the ability to achieve their full potential and I'm willing to work hard to get my students to reach it. I understand different students learn at different rates, so I will tailor my lessons to their pace and style of learning. Once they overcome the understanding of a topic area, I believe practice is the key to reaching maximum marks. Therefore I will go through a variety of questions and assist the student with different styles and methods to solve the problems confidently.
