Information About Ryan - Bristol tutor
This is how 2 referees rated Ryan:
My name is Ryan, and my educational background is broad and diverse. After completing a law degree, I have proceeded to study medicine, with a background in chemistry, anatomy and physics.
I believe I can help anyone wishing to apply to study medicine, dentistry, veterinary science, biomedical sciences, or law. I can also help with GCSE and A-levels related to these subjects.
I enjoy working with people, I am confident, reliable and have lots of experience working with young people of a wide age range.
I have experience tutoring chemistry and maths to GCSE, and law to A-level standard.
I also have experience of academic-mentoring first year undergraduates in both law and medicine.
I have had a lot of success in visual teaching, explaining concepts using memory aids, mnemonics, pictures and quizzes. I believe visual learning is the most effective as it promotes learning and understanding, rather than just memorising.
However, I am very flexible in my approach to tutoring; I am happy to adapt to accommodate the needs of each individual student.
