I train primary school teachers, specifically in foreign language teaching. I speak and write French fluently but have a lot of experience working with people of all ages and am adaptable and understanding, as I understand the challenges of learning a foreign language. I have a good sense of humour, which helps me to be approachable as well.
I have been successfully teaching French from beginners to GCSE, A/S and A level as well as to degree level for over 20 years.
I like to set realistic targets that are attainable but that also challenge my students and am always enthusiastic about the learning process. I like to teach in an environment which is relaxed yet purposeful. I am interested in my students as individuals and tailor my teaching to suit different needs.
