Personal Description:

A young dynamic experienced Maths tutor that enjoys helping students build their knowledge base within Mathematics. I studied Mathematics, graduating with a 1st in my final year of University. Since 5 years I have established a strong career within the financial world.
I am enthusiastic about teaching and helping others to develop and achieve their full potential. I strive for the maximum and encourage my students to do the same in their studies and in life.

Tutoring Experience:

I specialise in teaching Mathematics to students of all academic levels. ALL my students have achieved their desired grade after having lessons with me.
At University I was a Student Ambassador, this really initiated my passion for teaching which was deep within me.
I have received a lot of praise for my mentoring attitude, flexibility, reliability and attention to detail. The feedback I have received is that I am focused, committed, inspiring and always willing to help.

“I can't thank Roopal enough for making me achieve the grades I wanted to enter my desired University. Her teaching is very understanding and organised. Not only did she help me prepare for my exams mentally but she also boosted my confidence. Although, I called her in a short amount of time, she managed to organise a neat time table for me and helped me achieve my results! :)” - GCSE Student in Palmers Green, London

“Big Thank you for making my daughter achieve the top level in Maths.” - Secondary School Student in Barnet, London

“My son got his 'A' grade in his GCSE Maths. He never got A in his Maths exam before. You must have done something to help him. He stays on for A-levels in Maths, Physics, Economics and Phsychology. A BIG THANK YOU to you. - GCSE and A Level Student in Wood Green, London

Tutoring Approach:

THERE ARE A LOGICAL SET OF STEPS TO SOLVE ANY MATHS QUESTION YOU WILL COME ACROSS - AND I WILL TEACH YOU THEM.

With all my students I do 2 hours sessions with a break in-between, this is more of a productive way of learning for children.
Financially speaking, if 2 hours per week are not affordable, then I do lessons fortnightly.

My approach to teaching is tailored to meet the needs of the student. The lessons are interactive, enjoyable and rewarding.
Together we strive for excellence by practising exam technique from an early stage, this builds confidence and gives students the skill set required to mature into strong analytical problem solvers to achieve their desired grade at ease.
A lot of attention is paid to exam technique and structuring of answers as well as the theoretical content.
My approach to teaching is motivating and inspires students as well as builds their confidence. I have the ability of making challenging topics appear interesting by giving them real life applications.
